Cody came out and got my unit going, cleaned it out and repaired wires. He went over everything in details for future maintenance and to prepare me that my fan was about to go out. Price quoted was more reasonable than another tech that came by off the schedule we planned and was not able to be there when they looked at it. He coordinated and communicated perfectly to arrange to meet to give second opinion on issues of the ac unit. Will be calling him back to replace my fan soon! I can’t say enough good things about North Star comfort. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they showed up exactly when they said they would—which already puts them ahead of most companies.
Cody was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never once tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right the first time. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fixed faster than I expected.

I started having problems with my AC on Sunday. Thankfully, Cody was able to come first thing in the morning. He took time to show me the problem and explain all of my options without any pressure. The work was done in good time, and I have had no issues.

We called Cody on Thursday, and he came out on Friday to give us an estimate for a replacement air conditioner. He gave a thorough explanation of our unit and the newer systems.
